If your plane is delayed, then there are lots of ways you can pass the time in Terminal 4. You’ll find a choice of places where you can eat or get a drink while you wait, from Costa Coffee for a snack and a coffee, to the Caviar House and Prunier Seafood Bar, where you’ll find a selection of premium seafood and caviar dishes to try, as well as some award-winning wines. If you want to do a bit of plane spotting, then you’ll find good vantage points at the AMT and Costa Coffee bars, and many of the departure gates themselves. I
Internet is available from the kiosk near the Caviar House and Prunier, in the direction of gates 10-20. There is a WH Smith bookshop opposite. You can also get wireless internet throughout the terminal. If there’s space available, you can access the 4Deck lounge, next to gates 15-16, at a cost of £20 per adult.
